1. Return Timeframe

You have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. If 7 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

New and unopened items are eligible for return. However, certain products are final sale and can’t be returned. These include, but are not limited to, gift cards, personalized items, perishable goods such as food, clearance items, and open hygienic products.

5. Return shipping cost

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

    • We will review the case and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate
