Where We Ship

SnugglyMates currently ships to the United States, Canada. 
Shipping availability may vary by destination, and delivery times may differ depending on local postal services.
If your country is not listed above, please feel free to contact our customer care team - we'll be happy to assist where possible.


Order Processing Time

Every SnugglyMates blanket is made to order — just for that child.

Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be made and submitted for shipping.

During peak seasons, holidays, or promotional periods, processing may take a little longer. We'll always keep you updated.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery Timeframes For USA & Canada.

Once your order has been dispatched.

USA: Standard shipping typically takes 2-5 business days (Monday to Friday).
Canada: Standard shipping typically takes 3-30 business days (Monday to Friday).

We recommend ordering at least 2 weeks before you need it to account for processing and delivery. Most orders arrive sooner — but we'd rather you have it early than stress about it being late.

Delivery times may vary depending on destination and local delivery conditions.

Shipping Rates For USA & Canada.

USA: Free Shipping on orders over $70.
A flat $5 shipping fee applies to orders under $70.

Canada: Free shipping on orders over $100.
For orders under $100, a flat shipping rate of $9 applies.

All applicable shipping charges and estimated delivery information are calculated and clearly displayed at checkout prior to payment.

Tracking & Updates

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that all shipping details are accurate at checkout. Snuggly Mates is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
